Delete via Mobile App (Instant & Secure)

We highly recommend deleting your account from inside the Smart Bahi Khata app. It is instant and immediately wipes your records:

1. Open the Smart Bahi Khata app.
2. Navigate to Settings (tap on Profile tab).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your data will be deleted instantly.

What data will be deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently wiped from our cloud databases:

• Your personal profile details (Name, business name, profile photo).
• All transaction books, ledgers, transport logs, and contractor sheets.
• All uploaded invoice PDFs, bill images, and borrower KYC records.

Note: Regulatory laws in India may require us to maintain transactional log archives in encrypted, secure offline backups for audit/tax purposes for a standard statutory retention period.
